The Hereafter
Title
The Hereafter
Description
Several men stand in the midst of rose bushes on a precipice. To the right, three devils bind, prod, and whip several men with the faces of beasts, including one molla in the guise of a wolf. Another devil weighs a Persian man on a scale. Snakes appear on both sides of the cliff. Below, a Persian man topples off the cliff and into a sea of fire, where several other men and skeletons are already burning. A devil uses a hand bellows to encourage the flames.
